What to tell me when you message
A complete first message means a faster yes or no — for tonight, for a same day babysitter in Hoi An, or for tomorrow. Send these five things in one note:
- Your kids' ages. Newborns through pre-teens are fine — I just want to plan.
- Where you are. Hotel name, villa address, or neighbourhood.

When I might have to say no
I'm one nanny, not an agency. Three reasons I might not be able to take it:
- My own two boys' schedule — school pickups, a sick day, a parent-teacher night.
- Another family has already booked me that evening.
- The hours don't work — a 3am airport pickup with two hours' notice, for example.
