This is a small personal business website. We try to collect as little information about visitors as possible.
What we collect
- Contact form submissions: if you fill out the contact form on this site, we receive your name, email, optional phone number, the service you selected, and the message you wrote.
- Anonymous analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 (loaded through Google Tag Manager) to understand which pages people visit, what country they're roughly in, and what device they're using. The data is aggregated and we don't attempt to identify individual visitors.
How we use it
Form submissions are used only to reply to you. Analytics is used only to improve the website. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
Cookies & analytics
Google Analytics sets a small number of cookies in your browser to recognise return visits in an anonymized way. The main ones:
_ga— distinguishes unique visitors. Persists for up to 2 years._ga_*— per-property session state. Persists for up to 2 years.
Google Tag Manager itself doesn't collect personal data — it's a container that loads other tracking tools (in our case, just Google Analytics).
If you'd rather not be tracked, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, use your browser's "Do Not Track" setting, or block cookies for this site. Blocking these will not affect your ability to use the site or contact Trang.
Email delivery
Contact form emails are delivered via SendGrid, which processes the message in transit. We use SendGrid solely as a delivery service.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may log standard request data (IP, user agent) for security and abuse-prevention purposes.
Your choices
If you'd like a copy of any information we hold about you, or you'd like it deleted, message Trang on Facebook.
Updates
If this policy changes meaningfully, we'll update the date at the top.
